Hey, I'm Kelly, let me tell you a little about me and how I can help you. I have been working in the health and fitness industry 13 years and over the years have worked a wide range of people. I take my clients fitness goals seriously and my passion is to help you overcome the hurdles you face and help you reach your goals. I understand that losing weight, toning muscles or even just sticking to a new health plan can be challenging, I am here to support you on your journey. I will help analyse your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualised health, exercise and fitness plan.
With years of success and experience, working with all ages and fitness levels, I know I can find something to help you too. My passion is health and fitness, I teach a wide variety of fitness classes and offer personal training. I love to inspire others and I take care to understand my clients and their lifestyle. I will create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for you. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
Now believe me, I understand that adapting to new fitness habits can be difficult and often these fail. This is where I come in, to offer the help and support to keep you on track. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
